In September, the client was very concerned about
the integrated progress for the work in EPC scope, and they were doubting the
proceeding of project can not satisfy the demand of 220 sintering machine
production, which may influence the proceeding of the whole 6# BF over-hauling
directly, therefore we were under huge pressure on engineering, equipment
procurement and supply as well as site construction. Under such situation, the
top management of our company adopted relevant measures and requested the site
project department and other departments to make best effort on the target date
for putting into production on 10th of October. Firstly, we arranged
engineering and equipment procurement team to hold site meeting with the client
directly to know about the requirement of client and site’ Secondly, we
increased the reward, and stimulated the construction agent to increase the
construction staff and increase the working hours, so as to ensure the target
date; thirdly, we arranged the supervisors staying in manufacturer’s to urge
the delivery schedule; Fourthly, we adjusted the process flow in site, especially
arrange operators on duty by 24 hours because at that time the automation
system was not perfect yet. Under the joint effort, the big and small flue duct
waste heat utilization device was prepared for production in the evening of 9th , October, we satisfied the target date requirement by the client in advance.
Now, we still needs to accelerate the engineering,
construction and debugging in site on automation system, and we will transfer
the operation and control for big and small flue duct waste heat utilization
device to the client as soon as possible.
