On September 19, Guangxi Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. Fangchenggang Iron and Steel Base 1# blast furnace hot blast stove intelligent combustion system was put into production.

The system began to be commissioned on August 18th, and after one and a half months of intense commissioning work, it was successfully completed on September 31th, 2020. Up to now, the system has been operating stably.

The hot blast stove and the combustion fan of the hot blast stove have been put into automatic adjustment, and the shutter valve of the preheating furnace and the preheating fan has also been put into automatic adjustment. The combustion process no longer requires manual intervention. Before input, the average hot air temperature after mixing is about 1190℃; after input, the average hot air temperature after mixing is about 1230℃. After being put into use, the action range of the combustion fan of the hot blast stove is greatly reduced, which reduces the influence of the furnace exchange time on the combustion of the hot blast stove. In addition, the system supports remote monitoring operation and maintenance.
