On May 17, SDM and Hangzhou Zheda Technology Co., Ltd. held the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement in Jinan Office Building. The signing ceremony was attended by two sides, 5 persons from Zheda Company i.e. Shen Xinrong, Chairman and President, Hu Peng, Executive Vice President, Wang Xiaowen, General Manager of Shandong Region, Zhao Kai, Vice General Manager of Energy Saving Business Division, as well as the leaders from SDM i.e. Wei Xinmin, Chairman, Yi Zhongde, General Manager, Liu Hongliang and Liu Chunqing, Vice General Manager, Liu Daoqing, Vice President and other relevant personnel.

Hangzhou Zheda Technology Co., Ltd. (ZETA) was founded by a team of professors from Zhejiang University, bringing together China's leading intelligent energy experts and specializing in providing intelligent fluid energy saving products and intelligent energy services with independent intellectual property rights. Over the years, ZETA has been focusing on providing users with intelligent energy station system solutions with fluid control as the core, and has won one first prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, and several first prizes of Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress Award. The core technologies owned by ZETA include: ultra-efficient intelligent air compressor station, ultra-efficient intelligent water pump system, ultra-efficient intelligent fan system, ultra-efficient intelligent cooling and heating station, equipment safety control technology and etc.

On the basis of previous cooperation, in order to further strengthen the complementarity of ecological synergy and core competence, the two sides have reached a strategic partnership, jointly promoting the application of advanced technologies in the metallurgical industry such as ultra-efficient intelligent energy station, digital intelligent & low-carbon energy equipment and etc., and making all efforts to promote the high-quality development of smart green plants to contribute to the country's grand goal of achieving peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutralization.
