In the past few years, aiming at the common pain points of site equipment of the client, ANSTEEL, and their yearning for the equipment, our company takes the development of intelligent technology as the breakthrough and innovative personalized design as the core of competition, and wholeheartedly makes contributions to building up the intelligent production line for ANSTEEL.

In 2020, the Intelligent Stacking, Packaging, Printing and Labeling Project of ANSTEEL, generally contracted by our company, was successful in commissioning and put into operation. The project is innovatively integrated with intelligent stacker, bundling machine, printing robot and labeling robot technologies, realizing intelligent production of the finishing and collecting area at the rear of section steel. The first cooperation has won the trust of the owner. The full-automatic stacking and bundling marking technology of section steel adopted in the project has also won the third prize for Metallurgical Progress in Shandong Province.

In December, the "Intelligent Cooling Bed Billet Ejector Project of Large-scale Workshop of ANSTEEL.", generally contracted by our company, successfully completed the linked load trial run at the site of 100-meter heavy rail production line of ANSTEEL, and successfully realized the intelligent continuous picking up of more than 2,000 nos of 100-meter heavy rails with unmanned intervention. The equipment ran smoothly and the whole process was unmanned. Aiming at the special customized needs of ANSTEEL client, this project adopts a series of innovative designs and patented technologies to perfectly realize the intelligent, flexible, contact and non-sliding intelligent steel billet picking of 100-meter heavy rail. The project has once again won high praise and recognition from ANSTEEL client.

Recently, our client, ANSTEEL, has once again trusted our company. Both parties joined hands again on the project of New Intelligent Billet Cleaning and Flaw Detection Line of The Large-scale General Plant of ANSTEEL. The owner required that the billet cleaning and inspection line shall be intelligent, green and efficient in the whole process. The company will continue focusing on technological innovation as always and build this project into a model production line for intelligent billet cleaning and flaw detection.
