Function
The sub economizer is used at the inlet of the dry quenching furnace, and it mainly plays two roles in the dry quenching system. One is to lower the inlet temperature of the dry quenching furnace. Under normal circumstances, the auxiliary economizer reduces the circulating gas temperature from 160-180°C to 120-140°C. The second function is to increase the temperature of the inlet water of the deaerator, and at the same time increase the temperature of the inlet water from 60 degrees Celsius to about 85 degrees Celsius.
