On June 19, Yi Zhongde, general manager of the company, Song Zhishun, deputy general manager, and Liu Hongjun, vice president of the company, led a team to visit Huaigang Special Steel Co., Ltd.

Huaigang Special Steel Co., Ltd. belongs to Shagang Group and is the main company of Shagang, a listed company. Huaigang Special Steel Co., Ltd. has a steel production capacity of 5 million tons. It is a well-known special steel enterprise at home and abroad. Its new capacity replacement projects this year, including 1350m3 blast furnace and 1500m3  blast furnace, are designed by SDM.

Ji Yongxin, chairman of Huaigang Special Steel Co., Ltd., Qian Hongjian, general manager, and Li Peisong, the first executive vice general manager, and other senior executives of the company, together with the project technical transformation department, equipment department, iron making plant and other departments, gave a warm reception. In the conference room of Huaigang exhibition hall, the two sides had a warm and friendly conversation. Chairman Ji extended a warm welcome to President Yi and his delegation, and thanked the team of SDM for their hard work on the capacity replacement project of Huaigang. At the same time, he introduced the details of capacity replacement of Huaigang to President Yi, and the attention paid by the leaders of the newly established Northeast Special Steel Group to the capacity replacement of Huaigang. During the period, he discussed with President Yi on the development and prospects of the metallurgical industry. President Yi expressed his gratitude to the leaders of Huaigang for their trust. He will certainly live up to his trust and complete the relevant design tasks on time with quality and quantity. He also introduced the design development process and business development of SDM to the leaders of Huaigang, expected more and more in-depth cooperation with Huaigang in the future, and invited the leaders of Huaigang to have the opportunity to visit SDM for design investigation and guidance. During this period, Li Yan, the chief engineer, reported the general layout and design concept of the blast furnace, which was praised by the leaders of Huaigang.
