The first bid section of coking environmental protection relocation, transformation and upgrading project,It is the EPC general contractor of coal preparation coke oven system and the utilities design unit of the whole plant. Yunmei 7.6m coke oven is a swj76-1 large top mounted green intelligent coke oven It is a large-scale coke oven representing the world-class process level. It represents the international advanced level in coke oven body, process equipment, automation and environmental protection. The refined coke fully meets the production requirements of domestic top large-scale blast furnaces.

For the 7.6m top loaded coke oven built in the coking upgrading project, two coke ovens use 70000 tons of bricks, with more than 1000 kinds of brick types. The brick types are complex and have high requirements for the production, supply and management of refractory materials. The leaders of the company pay great attention to the long-term vision when ordering refractory materials and send several personnel to supervise the production in the factory. The construction period of Yunmei coke oven is very tight. In addition, there are many new coke ovens in China at this stage, the supply of refractory materials is relatively tight, and affected by the epidemic situation and the Winter Olympic Games, Production and supply are more difficult.

With the support of the company's leaders, the project department quickly organized all construction units to resume work. From the sixth day of the first month to the Lantern Festival, it quickly organized 500 people to resume work and production. At present, the civil engineering of coal handling system is in full bloom, the silo slip form is carried out normally in 24 hours, the 200m chimney has been constructed to 60m high in 24 hours, 2# coke oven has completed refractory masonry in the ramp area.
